Happy Monday Everyone!

We tend to take for granted how powerful our minds truly are. This is partly because modern science has still yet to decipher how we can maximize our minds potential, but also because we don't understand the discipline it takes to do so.

But one thing our minds is capable of with practice and consistent effort is the power of visualization. When we hear this, it's typical that we begin to think about the practice of manifestation. We've heard the concept that if you believe and focus on something hard enough, you'll be able to translate it into a physical equivalent.

Manifestation and visualization are two different concepts. But over time, we've begun to see more of a following behind the aspect of manifestation because it caters to what people hope to hear; that they can receive their greatest desires simply through thinking about it.

But frankly, success doesn't come easy. And as enticing as manifestation sounds, it's not the sole path to success. We should learn from those before us that success is a result of consistent effort, willpower, mental strength, persistence, and most importantly, action.

Instead of looking towards manifestation, try focusing on the power of visualization. This involves creating a mental image of your desired outcome in order to increase motivation to perform the action required. It can help you clarify what you want and even identify obstacles.

Visualization doesn't rely on a higher power to bring you what you want like manifestation, but it inspires your own ability to take action and get what you want for yourself.

It's what helps you create faith in your ability to achieve your goals. Because without faith and determination, we'll be stuck in one place forever waiting for inspiration to arise.

We tend look for external sources for motivation, but for it to only last a short period of time, inevitably leaving us back to where we started. If you wish to find an internal source of inspiration, look towards your mind and use the power of visualization to not only see yourself performing the task at hand, but also achieving it.

What once was invisible, will eventually become visible through the power of visualization. It's not only a technique to inspire yourself to get up and take action, but to always have faith in your ability to do so.

Until next time,
